Doesnt let me get past logging in with Facebook. Absolutely no live customer service- #prezifailure

The app wont log in. It says an error when I use my login and password (I have access online, so I know my password) and when I try to login with Facebook. App cant be used if you cant log in. Im a paying user and would like this resolved.

Im kinda upset with this app because I started a prezi and it wont let me edit my prezi. I wasnt even finished!

This app would be better if I could edit my prezi when needed

Great app and amazing concepts I would much rather use this then just boring old power point, love it

I downloaded it despite what the other reviews were. I figured it would work but I can only look at the prezis not work on them. It wasnt a very good app and I would suggest just go on Safari or something and look it up. It would be way better if you could work on them, otherwise…

A great tool for the pcbut it does not work. Repeat. It does it work on iPhone

This app has the word "viewer" on the title, meaning that you can see it. No where in the description box does it say that you can edit your presentation. This app is for practice and reviewing. It does what it was created for.

I can look at my prezi but it says that you can edit and practice and it wont let me. Do not get this app.

Im happy with the App I dont mind just viewing my prezis on it, but I cant! The facebook login button isnt working its been like this for a month or sth. I tried logging in with my email and password but it still wouldnt work.

Whats the point of having this app if I cant login from my iPhone?! Developer - please fix this issue

I use piezo to do projects and I wanted to work on it on my phone... Not just view it.

All of the other reviewers complain about the fact they cant edit. Well, can you read? It says prezi viewer. Idiots.

Sure it does what the title says, but why would anybody use this. If I wanna see my power points I think it would also be nice if it let you edit it.

I got this app just so I could work on the go. Why would we need to casually look at our prezis, like really?

U cant even edit the stuff u can just look at it so what this app for ,review cause this aint worth sh** ✌️

Yes I understand its simply a viewer but I think that prezi should offer something that allows people to edit on mobile devices. As some one who works off their iPhone and tablet I cant use prezi. Its a little vexing to be quite honest.

This app is perfect to visualize Prezi presentations, but there is a detail that really bothers me. Every time you need to access other app, Prezi can not memorize the slide you are, even if you change to look an email for 15 sec. It is really awful you are in class and need to start the presentation again and again if you change to see other app.
